All deliveries are made by our recommended and trusted courier company UBX : Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and during working hours.
You are now able to TRACK your orders through the UBX website. Add the first eight numbers of your Order ID (e.g Order ID :42A09d37) to the 'Your Airway Bill No.' and track your Royal Order.
Please note that all orders received on Thursday (after 12noon) and Friday will be processed on Monday only.
Delivery will be made during working hours only and we cannot guarantee the delivery time.
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to leave them on the doorstep and therefore would request that you ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Should you not be available to receive your order, a card will be left in your letter box/appropriate place and it will be your responsibility to have the goods picked up from the nearest depot (details will be stated on the card).
All our deliveries require a signature and we are unable to accept any responsibility if orders cannot be received when delivery is attempted.
We aim to make deliveries as follows : 2 - 3 days : England & Wales, Jersey & Guernsey, Isle of Man, Scotland (excl. All Islands, Hebrides & Inverness), Shetland & Orkney Islands, Southern Ireland, Northern Ireland.3 - 4 days : Inverness, Isle of White, Paris, France, Brussels, Belgium, Amsterdam & Rotterdam, Holland, Austria, Germany, Italy, Spain, Copenhagen.
On receipt of your delivery, please ensure that products are stored correctly. All sweets must stored appropriately in a cool dry place and away from light All unopened Savoury Mixes, Chutneys, Pickles and Cooking Sauces must be stored in a cool dry place and away from sunlight. Once opened the Savoury Mixes must be stored in an airtight container in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.Chutneys, Pickles and Sauces must be stored as per instructions on the pack.
