COVID19 – Delivery update
Due to the current COVID19 outbreak our delivery services are continuing to be affected and hence we are not in the position to guarantee that all orders placed shall be delivered on time. We are trying to meet our delivery deadlines effectively however our Standard delivery services during the pandemic will be approximately 3 days from the date of placing an order and we cannot ensure next day delivery in all instances. We thus will undertake to meet our delivery commitment within the timescale reflected in the checkout basket, but we would not be issuing any refunds due to delivery delays during the pandemic.
What if I am not at home to accept my delivery?
On the morning of delivery, you will receive an Email or Text Message from our courier with an hour time slot, indicating time of arrival.
If you are not home to receive the delivery of your order, it can be left in a safe place.
On receipt of your delivery, please ensure that the ordered products are stored correctly. All sweets must be stored appropriately in a cool dry place and away from light. All Ready Meals, Indian Snacks and Chilled deserts must be stored correctly in a chiller.
Delivery schedule
Delivery: Products are dispatched from our factory on Wednesdays and Thursdays only. Orders placed before 1.00pm on a Monday will be received by the customer on either Thursday or Friday of the same week. All orders placed after 1.00pm on a Monday will be received by the customer on either Thursday or Friday of the following week.

There is no free delivery for below regions:
Northern Island: 2 day service £32.26 per consignment up to 5 kgs and then £1.50 per additional kgs.
Only customers ordering from the below region can obtain the £50.00 order value free delivery .
Delivery charge (England, Scotland & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands): Next day delivery £5.00 up to 15kgs
There is no free delivery for these regions:
Northern Island : Two day service £32.26 per consignment up to 5kgs and then £1.50 per additional kg
Scottish Islands : Two day service £32.26 per consignment up to 5kgs and then £1.50 per additional kg

Scottish Highlands : Two day service £25.84 per consignment up to 5kgs and then £1.50 per additional kg

Channel Isles : Two day service £32.26 per consignment up to 5kgs then £1.50 per additional kg
Isle of Man : Two day service £32.26 per consignment up to 5kgs then £1.50 per additional kg
Scilly Isles : Two day service £32.26 per consignment up to 5kgs then £1.50 per additional kg
Republic of Ireland: Two day service £14.00 per consignment up to 15kgs per parcel.
